Essay #2

A few days ago I found a phrase I like very much and said this; the purpose of your time here on earth is not primarily about acquiring possessions, attaining status, achieving success, or experiencing happiness. Life is all about love with God and with other people. You may succeed in many areas, but if you fail learn how to love God and love others, you`d have missed the reason why God created you. For me these words describe and summarize what is now going to speak.

Today we live in a society so full of conflicts, so full of voids that lead us to make mistakes in which we learn but is so difficult to remedy. We live in a society in which matters most to have a higher economic level than our neighbor, an unreachable happiness, more power than our God and especially love to give and receive, but with the expectation of something in return. A fully bipolar society that is in charge in confuse each of us, contaminating minds, hearts and souls. We are living in a society where we want to fixing everything with technology, leaving aside our roots and ignoring our own values.

We really know what means each one of these words: love, power, success and money? Definitely love is not easy to define; love for me means a word that involves lot of feelings. Love not only means having affection for those closest persons, means more than that. It means that we are one body in a world that rotates every day and night, we are one group that evolves if the person next to you is achieved to lift, that's love and consequently that means power, the power to help our neighbors, the power to serve as a good person, the power to do what we want for a positive consequence. Speaking of consequence; we can say that success is a result of an action in which we have incurred a lot of effort to achieve that long awaited, many times

we lose, yes! Hurt? Sure! We are persons full of feelings but this is not an obstacle for leave aside our long awaited dream. Is it possible that to be successful we need to make money? Definitely

not a good example are all those persons which have limited economic resources and are people which always have a smile on their face, because it has unconditional love, the power to help without receiving something in return and then they receive the fruit of well and above all an internal success that makes them feel good with what he has but this persons really have it all. We tend to confuse that money is synonymous of happiness, success and power.

Is de plus to say that we need a change but the change is mainly in us, with a single thought, with a little action we achieve more than we expect. And with this manage to arrive at that feeling a happiness that really fills us. Success lies in the opportunities that we create to ourselves with the passage of time, my success cannot be the same as yours success but the feeling of satisfaction at the end is the same. At the moment that failure present we must have the ability to see that they are just a simple learning and if we can extract the good from that, the results of these falls will overcome our adversity. Today I can say that success doesn`t means making they mean big change in the lives of people around you.
