The word success is a noun. But succeed is a verb and means when someone attain success on what they do. A By other side the word successful is relative to a person who has accomplished something good in his area for example his job.

Is really important to be successful but not only in terms of money or titles or how many things you have. Also with our relation with other beings and what surrounds’ us.

In our society is normally measured by how much money you have but this is a consequence of capitalism thinking, finally the real success is to be happy with yourself and express and share what you can.

In every circle its basic to establish roles and positions but this power should not be use like a weapon to intimidate your employees and could be more productive for the environment to create an equal treat and offer with empathy the help to cooperate.

This charisma is a desired skill this day when stress and attitude amongst your peers are problems that could be solved with a comprehensive conversation. Money never means power because more money you get more problems you will get and being worried all the time about your money.
